Trust Management

The management team at Calibre possess extensive hands on experience in the area of trust management. Calibre itself acts as trust manager under its own residential mortgage program.

As trust manager, Calibre operates in the interests of the beneficiaries and secured creditors of the trust and subject to the conditions contained in the relevant trust documents, undertake:
 

	The management, administration, investment and day to day operation of the trust assets;
	The direction of the trustee in relation to the performance of its obligations under the trust transaction documents;
	The performance of all calculations necessary in the administration of the trust; and
	The keeping of all books, records and accounts as required by the trust documents.

As with its Master Loan Servicing role, Calibre’s approach to trust management is based on sound risk management, prudent compliance methodologies and our solid technology platform.

Calibre is well placed to allow external parties to leverage off the skill and expertise of Calibre’s trust management experience.
