Funding

In conjunction with Australia's leading securitisation lawyers, Calibre has created a new generation funding programme which has ultimate flexibility, both in terms of the product attributes of the assets which it is able to securitise and the types of debt which it is able to issue.

Initially, loans are settled and reside in warehouse facilities funded by a combination of institutionally provided balance sheet facilities and rated asset backed commercial paper programmes.

Calibre will optimise its pricing execution by issuing mortgage backed securities at points where prevailing capital market conditions are at their most favourable. These mortgage backed securities (bonds) will be issued out of Trusts of which Calibre is the Trust Manager and Master Servicer.

The bonds which are issued will be rated AAA by leading international ratings agencies.
